A method for biological testing of food products for acrylamide includes incubation of test-organisms of infusoria, introduction of those to solution of the substance under investigation, calculation of the number of test-organisms in fixed volume of mix, introduction of daily culture of infusoria Stylonichia mytilus or Colpoda steinii and adding solution of the substance being tested, calculation of initial number of infusoria, with bringing the volume of the mix with solution of the substance under investigation to half of each micro-aquarium, keeping for 60 minutes, after that once again the number of infusoria is calculated, and by the number of the test-organisms having survived the amount and the level of toxicity of acrylamide are determined. |
