FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises making the package from packing laminate bag 10 with, at least, one inner thermoplastic layer. Apart from said bad, the package comprises flange section connected with said laminate bad and neck section with discharge opening connected therewith. Proposed method comprises the following stages. Placing said laminate bag 10 in contact with internal forming tool, arranging external forming tool outside of said internal tool to make a cavity there between and feeding, at least, one melt of the first material in said cavity. Additionally, it includes the steps that follow. Placing the neck section between said internal an external forming tools in contact with the cavity, compressing said tools together unless the melt fills the cavity and gets fused with said neck and section of thermoplastic inner layer at the end of laminate bag. Also it includes opening of said forming tools and displacing the packaged for further processing. Proposed device comprises forming tools and forming cavities from laminate bag and external forming tool.EFFECT: higher reliability of joint between threaded cover and package neck.15 cl, 4 dwg |
