REGISTER MARKING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE FOR PRINTED ELECTRONICS ON ROLL-TO-ROLL GRAVURE OFFSET PRINTING PRESS

PURPOSE: An estimate fitting apparatus using the register mark of roll-to-roll printing electron rotary press and a method thereof are provided to provide the precision of print and the precision of estimate fitting. CONSTITUTION: An estimate fitting apparatus using the register mark of roll-to-roll printing electron rotary press includes a camera device (15), a camera driving device (16), and a vision control system (12). The camera device captures, in a scene, a register mark and a reference register mark printed and installed at the rest of print unit (PU#n) except a first print unit (PU#1) that prints a reference register mark. The camera driving device controls location by moving the camera device parallel to the axis of plate cylinder (21). The vision control system controls the reference register mark, a camera device, and a camera driving device.
