PURPOSE: A hatch cover packing mounting device is provided to improve work efficiency by reducing the number of an operator or a manufacture quantity by supplying a dedicated device for inserting a packing into a hatch cover side. CONSTITUTION: A hatch cover packing mounting device (100) comprises a hanger part (146), a body part (140), and a packing insertion part (120). The hanger part is lock-combined rotatably with a hatch cover. The body part comprises a first main body (142) which is extended from an end of the hanger part, and a second main body (144) which is extended from an end of the first main body. The packing insertion part is mounted rotatably on the first main body. The packing insertion part comprises an inserting member (122) and a cover member (124). The inserting member has a bonding groove for bolt-combining with the body part. The cover member prevents a hatch cover coating from peeling when contacting with the hatch cover.
