PURPOSE: A titanium dioxide / indium-tin oxide (ITO) / single-walled carbon nanotube composite and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the photoelectrochemical property of a titanium dioxide / ITO / single walled carbon nanotube composite by forming a conductive ITO thin film on the interface of titanium dioxide and single-walled carbon nanotubes, thereby reducing the contact resistance of the interface. CONSTITUTION: A titanium dioxide / ITO / single walled carbon nanotube composite comprises single-walled carbon nanotubes, an ITO thin film layer, and a titanium dioxide thin film layer. The ITO thin film layer is formed on the single-walled carbon nanotubes, and the titanium dioxide thin film layer is formed on the ITO thin film layer. The thickness of the ITO thin film layer is in the range of 100-200 nm, and the thickness of the titanium dioxide thin film layer is in the range of 200-300 nm. The titanium dioxide thin film layer has a rutile and anatase mixed structure. A method for manufacturing a titanium dioxide / ITO / single walled carbon nanotube composite comprises the steps of: manufacturing single-walled carbon nanotubes on a substrate; manufacturing an ITO thin film layer on the single-walled carbon nanotubes by a nanocluster deposition method; and manufacturing a titanium dioxide thin film layer on the ITO thin film layer by the nanocluster deposition method. |
