PURPOSE: A tread extrusion die is provided to improve quality of extruded tread by facilitating displacement of various shaped islands according to purposes of tread products. CONSTITUTION: A tread extrusion die comprises an island(4), a rectangular assembling hole(6), and through-bolts. The island is detachably installed at the bottom(1a) of an insert channel(1), and adjusts flow of rubber. The rectangular assembling hole is formed at the bottom of the insert channel. A placing and assembling protrusion of the island is inserted into the rectangular assembling hole. The through-bolts are inserted in aligned bolt joining holes(7a,7b) to assemble and disassemble the island to the bottom of the insert channel. |
