<p>PURPOSE: A cellulose gel which is prepared by a method is provided to obtain a cellulose product with same product quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a microbial cellulose gel comprises the steps of: adding microbial strains to a medium and culturing the strains to prepare a first cellulose gel; pulverizing a mixture of the first cellulose and water and obtaining pulverized cellulose; and mixing the pulverized cellulose and water and adding an excipient; and stirring at 60°C or higher to prepare a second cellulose gel. The excipient includes galactomannan, glucomannan, guar gum, locust bean gum, pluronic, agar, algin, carrageenan, xanthan gum, tara gum, tamarind gum, and gellan.</p> |
