FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to coloproctology. 1-1.5 cm long arch-like cut of perinatal skin is made. Mucous-submucous layer of rectum in form of isosceles triangle is separated in such a way that internal fistula mouth is located in one cm from its apex. Mucous-submucous flap is excised in such a way that internal fistula mouth is located in 0.5 cm from its apex. Sutured internal fistula mouth is covered with mucous-submucous layer of rectum, descended from above. Wound is sutured with uninterrupted suture by submucous membrane seizing the bottom.EFFECT: method improves results of treating patients with extrasphincter pararectal fistulas.2 ex, 4 dwg
