A process for production of vintage fortified desert sweet white wine “WHITE MUSCAT OF RED STONE”, comprising grinding of grapes of variety White Muscat with stemming, production of marc, sulfatation, marc infusion, separation of mash from the marc, isolation of fractions for fermentation, fortification, clarification, racking off, loading of wine materials for ageing, reprocessing to the necessary organoleptic parameters, bottling, wherein variety of grapes White Mucsat is introduced with mass concentration of sugars of no less than 290 g/dmand titrating acids of 5.0-8.0 g/dmin the amount of 100%, and in racked off wine materials before loading for ageing mass concentration of iron, mass concentration of put extract, mass concentration of volatile acids, mass concentration of sulphurous acid, mass concentration of titrating acids , mass concentration of sugars, and volume fraction of ethyl alcohol are controlled.
