A ligature needle relates to medical devices, in particular to medical instruments, designed for ligatures around vessels, ducts or hollow organs or flashing wall of the hollow body around the opening. The object of the invention is to increase the adaptability and ease of operation, the use of the device both during open surgery in a narrow and deep surgical wound, and during laparoscopic surgery, with no need for additional tools. The apparatus consists of a cylindrical handle 1, the elastic bent of the working portion 2 forms a closed eye 3 for the ligature at the end of the working portion 2.
