A method for launching a carrier rocket based on its preparations for launching, determining conditions of the possibility of achieving a goal of mission, under which the launch can be authorized and launch after implementation thereof. During preparation for the launch the available nonterrestrial objects and celestial bodies are determined and followed by assessment of the trajectory of movement and accuracy of their determination of the carrier rocket, its payload and these nonterrestrial objects and celestial bodies, determination of the relative distances of a carrier rocket and its payload with the nonterrestrial objects and celestial bodies, setting the minimum safe distances of their approaching to the carrier rocket and its payloads, or allowable probabilities of collision of said objects or their determination based on the accuracy of prediction of trajectories, the safety of the flight is determined as the conjunction of the collision probability ratios in all possible pairs formed by a carrier rocket and each of its payload, on the one hand, and each nonterrestrial object and celestial body, on the other hand, and allowable values of this probability, or the conjunction of relations of relative distances and said relative safe distances for a given period of time, or mission time of a carrier rocket and its pay load or their time of existence, and in the case of obtaining the true result the carrier rocket is launched. |
