PURPOSE: A combustion system having a water-cooled oxygen automatic burner and a powder melting unit, and a combustion method using the same are provided to simultaneously and adjacently feed oxygen, compressed air, and combustion gas, thereby improving combustion efficiency due to perfect combustion and reducing the amount of exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A combustion system (100) having a water-cooled oxygen automatic burner and a powder melting unit includes a combustion gas feeding pipe (10), a compressed air feeding pipe (20), an oxygen feeding pipe (30), an igniting unit (70), a combustion chamber, and a cooling unit (50). The combustion gas feeding pipe has a combustion gas inlet (11) for feeding combustion gas into the same. The compressed air feeding pipe has a compressed air inlet (21) feeding compressed air to a certain space. The double tube-shaped oxygen feeding pipe is coupled to the lower end of the compressed feeding pipe so that the lower end part (22) of the compressed air feeding pipe is inserted into the same. The hollow igniting unit is inserted into the combustion gas feeding pipe. The combustion chamber is connected to the lower side of the oxygen feeding pipe, and generates flame. The cooling unit cools the oxygen feeding pipe and the combustion chamber. |
