CONSTITUTION: The interaction of HIV NC and Tat is provided as an inhibitor target for hindering the latency, based on that the interaction of HIV NC and Tat protein causes the latency. The amount of Tat is reduced by the interaction of HIV NC and Tat protein so that the transcription of HIV is reduced. The transcription level of HIV is controlled according the expression ratio of Tat.
