PURPOSE: An exhaust gas circulating apparatus for a sintering facility and a control method thereof are provided to uniformly maintain oxygen concentration inside exhaust gas discharged to a mixed raw material, thereby minimizing the generation of non-sintered ore. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas circulating apparatus for a sintering facility includes a cart(106), multiple wind boxes(108), a suction chamber(110), a main blower(112), a circulating chamber(120), a circulating fan(126), a circulating line(122), an oxygen concentration sensor(10), and an oxygen feeding part. The wind box sucks air into the lower side of the cart in order to sinter a mixed raw material. The suction chamber is connected to the partial wind boxes among the wind boxes. The main blower is installed at the suction chamber. The circulating chamber is connected to the rest wind boxes, and the circulating fan is installed at the circulating chamber. The circulating line is connected to the circulating chamber and is extended to the upper side of the cart. A exhaust gas hood(124) discharging exhaust gas to the upper side of the cart is installed at the front end of the circulating line. The oxygen concentration sensor detects oxygen concentration inside the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust gas hood. The oxygen feeding part feeds oxygen to the exhaust gas transferred through the circulating line according to the detecting value of the oxygen concentration sensor. |
