A method for bone plasty at high alveolar crest with narrow base comprises the exfoliation of mucosal-oxidative flap, osteotomy, separation of the graft from its supporting base, pulling the graft, rotatinf the graft at 360 º, installation of the graft back into the bone bed, graft fixation, filling with bone plastic material and membrane four-well defect (possibly having five walls), flap mobilization, lieing down on the place and suturing. |
