The device consists in a conical-shaped finger ring carrier, which is abatable and attached to the cap by means of an extension or flange integral in one end portion thereof which is raised and closed without breaking the safety seal. The flange allows the ring to remain attached to the cap. The purpose of the invention is to provide a type of abatable fastener ring, which is attached to the cap of a PET bottle by means of an extension or a flange that allows the same to be attached to the cap, so as to carry PET bottles without breaking the safety seal of the cap.
