PURPOSE: A film bonding device of a pulp mold is provided to prevent the reduction of lifetime of a heating member due to the repetitive on/off and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A film bonding device (1) of a pulp mold comprises a loading unit (10), a bonding unit (30), a preheating unit (20), a carrier (40), a mold (50), and a heating member (60). The loading unit loads the pulp mold (P). The bonding unit bonds a film (F) on the surface of the pulp mold. The preheating unit is formed between the loading unit and the bonding unit. The carrier performs a reciprocating motion by being mounted among the loading unit, the preheating unit, and the bonding unit. The mold is placed at the carrier and places the loaded pulp molds on each receiving groove (51) to supply the pulp molds to the bonding unit along the preheating unit. The heating member softens the films supplied to the bonding unit by heating. The softened films are bonded onto the surface of the pulp mold. The heating member reciprocates between the preheating unit and the bonding unit. The pulp mold placed on the mold is preheated in the preheating unit. The films are heated in the bonding unit. |
