A device for dissecting the edges and suturing the perforative gastric and duodenal ulcer contains the handle and the working surface and is designed as semicircle with radius of , , and bent at the right angle relative longitudinal axis of the handle. The device allows for dissecting completely the altered tissues providing for the proper layer-by-layer adaptation of the edges of opening upon suturing.
