摘要 FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: control of insulation condition and forecasting of resource of electric motor windings are carried out under operational conditions with account of parameters of production premises environment, where electric motors are operated, mode of operation of electric motors and value of resistance of winding insulation at the moment of electric motor putting into operation, at the same time temperature is measured and accounted, as well as moisture, concentration of aggressive admixtures in air, and also extent of loading and the number of electric motor start-ups per day. Weight of a measurement is done at the end of process pauses before start-up of process equipment electric motors into operation, following the results of the produced measurements, after their statistical treatment, mathematical equations are produced (dependences) of electric motor winding insulation and resource variation in time. For the specified combination of operating factors they determine coefficients of these equations, using produced equations, on the basis of the initial value of insulation resistance, they build graphical curves for this combination of operating factors of environment and mode of operation of electric motors to observe variation of electric winding insulation and resource in time, using this graphical curves, they determine in process of operation the expected resistance of insulation and resource of electric motor windings for this moment of time, on the basis of which the decision is made to continue use in operation, to perform actions of maintenance and repair to support their serviceability or replace electric motors.EFFECT: simplified control of electric motor insulation condition, account of extent of action from primary operating factors of environment, specification of time and periodicity of diagnostic inspections, higher reliability of operating control, electric safety of people and agricultural animals, reduction of operating costs.2 dwg
