The method for determination of presence of dangerous parasitic organisms in water reservoir includes reveal in water reservoirs of pathogens of dangerous parasitic diseases of human person and animal through parasitological investigation. Investigation is carried out by several main blocks that include search of cysts of pathogen protozoa and ovum and larvae of helminthes in water, investigation of mollusks on presence of parthenogenetic generations and cecaries of trematoda, investigation of ichthyo-fauna on presence of intermediate and definitive stages of parasites and investigation of shellfish on affection with larvae of helminthes, the data obtained represent actual state of the water reservoir under investigation. |
