PURPOSE: A pan bottom temperature sensor for a gas range is provided to precisely detect the temperature of a cooking utensil by smoothly operating a heat-sensible head without the movement of a lead wire drawn out from the rear end of a support pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pan bottom temperature sensor for a gas range comprises a support pipe (19), a heat-sensible head (20), a heat-sensible element (25), elastic parts (27) and a lead wire (28). The support pipe is erected on an internal space (S) of a burner (2). The heat-sensible head is supported in the front end of the support pipe to be vertically moved. The heat-sensible element is installed inside the heat-sensible head. The elastic parts elastically support upward the heat-sensible head. The front end of the lead wire is connected to the heat-sensible element, and the rear end thereof is drawn out from the rear end of the support pipe through the support pipe. The lead wire comprises a flexible part (31) for allowing the movement of the heat-sensible head; and a flexible receiving part (32) for receiving the flexible part of the lead wire. |
