The invention relates to the field of electronic communication systems. A transmitting apparatus is connected to a data flow and comprises a device for signal preparing and two transmission terminals. The devise for signal preparing provides supplying duplicated data flow to the first terminal and an inverted version - to the second terminal. Each transmitting terminal generates electrical field, which is presented as a signal received from the device for signal preparing. The receiving apparatus spaced from the transmitting apparatus by non-conductive medium, comprises two receiving terminals mutually spaced, and a data flow restorer. Each receiving terminal detects electrical field generating by the corresponding transmitting terminal in such a manner that the obtained repeated signal is restored at the first receiving terminal; the obtained inverted signal is restored at the second receiving terminal. The obtained in such a manner signals are combined for obtaining the received data flow. The technical result of the invention is improvement of wireless communication system and wireless apparatus, which do not depend on modulation or induction, increase of speed, decrease of energy consumption.
