PURPOSE: A feathers nonwoven fabric increasing a warm-keeping effect is provided to maximize an insulation effect by securing enough air layer in an inside of a nonwoven fabric which is manufactured using feathers and to give an energy reduction effect according to the above. CONSTITUTION: A feathers nonwoven fabric increasing a warm-keeping effect comprises feathers(10), a nonwoven fabric(20) which is laminated to a sandwich structure by placing feathers in an interval, and a mesh net(30) which is placed between feathers and a nonwoven fabric. A manufacturing method of feathers nonwoven fabric increasing a warm-keeping effect comprises a step of manufacturing a sheet-type nonwoven fabric by spinning a composition formed with mixing a flame retardant of 1-20wt% in a 1.5in extruder through a spinneret of 290°C and using monofilaments of 2.2 denier which is spun at a spinning rate of 1,500 m/min, a step of connecting a mesh net and a nonwoven fabric by sewing along the edge of a sheet-type nonwoven fabric, a step of infusing feathers at a state of maintaining one side open by sewing to be a pouch shape after laminating a nonwoven fabric in which a mesh net is connected, and a step of sewing one open side of a nonwoven fabric which is filled with feathers along an edge. |
