CONSTITUTION: A low deformation high frequency heat treatment method for manufacturing a linear motion guide comprises the following steps. A linear motion guide is dipped in a coolant (S10). The coolant in which the linear motion guide is dipped is stirred (S20). The surface of the linear motion guide which is dipped in the stirred coolant and required to be hardened is treated with high frequency heating for one or two seconds. The coolant is stirred to generate a convection phenomenon by rotating the linear motion guide (S30).
