PURPOSE: A flow type diffraction type deodorizer capable of controlling a gap of perforated plate is provided to remove a harmful component by absorbing a harmful component included in gas in a cleaning solution layer exercising in a vortex diffraction type and to save power consumption by controlling a gap of more than two perforated plates in which polluted gas passes as well as by enabling operation under not only strong pressure of a blower but also weak pressure of a blower. CONSTITUTION: A flow type diffraction type deodorizer consists of a blower, a cleaning solution tank located in the lower part of the inside of a body, a pump for circulating and supplying the cleaning solution, a vortex diffraction plate, an overflow pipe, an oil water separator and a purified gas exhaust outlet. The blower injects polluted gas to be purified in the lower part of the inside of the deodorizer body with uniform pressure. The vortex diffraction plate passes the polluted gas and forms a cleaning solution layer(45) in the upper part. The overflow pipe exhausts the cleaning solution overflown in the cleaning solution layer. The vortex diffraction plate typically consists of four rectangular-shaped diffraction plates(40), at least more than two perforated plates(41a,41b,41c) are supported by a spring(43) and a fixing stopper(44) in the diffraction plate, a wind cover(42) is assembled in the upper part of the diffraction plate, the gas passed the cleaning solution is diffracted and the vortex is formed. |
