<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of semi graphene is provided to produce semi graphene with a characteristic similar to graphene by using the mechanical particle separation method and cheap equipment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of semi graphene comprises the steps of: preparing a ball mill device having a small chamber inside a large chamber and rotating in the opposite direction of the large chamber, charging expanded graphite inside of the small chamber but not using additional organic solvents or additives, supplying inactive gas such as nitrogen and argon into the chamber in order to reduce the reactivity between expanded graphite and lessen the agglomeration effect by cutting the static electricity generation caused by electrification, and operating the ball mill process under inert gas atmosphere.</p> |
