<p>PURPOSE: A lid cleaning device is provided to not radiate gas generated from a coke oven to atmosphere by improving adherence between a charging hole lead and a charging hole frame. CONSTITUTION: A lid cleaning device comprises a lid lifter and a lid cleaner(200). The lid lifter rotates a charging hole lid based on the center of the charging hole lid and lifts the charging hole lid connected to the charging hole frame from the charging hole frame. The lid cleaner is adjacent to the lid lifter and comprises a scraper(220) connected to a edge of the lifted charging hole lid. The lid cleaner selectively warps the edge of the charging hole lid and comprises a supporting frame(210) supporting the scraper and a supporting roller(230) connecting the edge of the charging hole lid. The supporting frame is connected to a first and a second tong(211,212) of which individual other ends gradually pucker by engaging individual one end of a gear and a connecting rod(213) gradually pressurizing the first tong.</p> |
