PURPOSE: A heating inner wear having static electricity removal function is provided to maintain the heat continuously without using a temperature controller, by performing impregnation insulation coating on the surface of the textile material, because a face type heating element sheet converting electric energy into thermal energy has the characteristics in which the heating temperature does not increase if a predetermined temperature is reached after a constant time through high electric resistance characteristics. CONSTITUTION: According to a method for manufacturing a heating inner wear having static electricity removal function, a patch of button type made with purity 99% copper material with the diameter 1-1.5 cm and 2-3 mm thickness is prepared. A detachable thermal pad and 9 button type patches are attached to the back of the top cloth according to the position of acupuncture point, and 12 patches are attached to the front of the chest of the top cloth. 7 patches are attached to the front of a pant according to the position of acupuncture point and hemoptysis site. A carbon black material heating element, which is made by impregnating a polymer fiber material into carbon black solution and drying, is treated by silicon coating water-proof treatment. Then, a Velcro tape cloth is bonded to the rear of the heating element and the thermal pad is completed by finishing the heating element through sewing in the type of an attachable label to the cloth. A copper plate is processed to be a shoes fixing pin including a holder spring which is able to grip the shoes, and an earth line is connected to the end of the upper plate and then is coated with copper and carbon powder. A static electricity band holder is combined to the lead line connection part of the static electricity removal holder, and is hanged to a static electricity removal holder case located at the upper part of the ankle. |
