PURPOSE: A magnetic sensor device accurately sets a detection voltage level and performs high-speed signal processing by a simple circuit configuration combining a Hall element and a resistor. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic sensor device includes a first switch (S1) and a second switch (S2) whose respective one ends are connected to a power source; a third switch (S3) and a fourth switch (S4) whose respective one ends are connected to a ground potential; a comparator (2) including a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and an output terminal; a fifth switch (S5) and a sixth switch (S6) whose respective one ends are connected to the first terminal of the comparator; a seventh switch and an eighth switch (S8) whose respective one ends are connected to the second terminal of the comparator; a variable resistor (Ra) whose one end is connected to the ground potential; a ninth switch (S9), a tenth switch (S10), an eleventh switch (S10), and a twelfth switch (S11) whose respective one ends are connected to the other end of the variable resistor; and a bridge circuit as an equivalent circuit of a magneto-electric conversion element comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, and a fourth resistor. A contact between the fourth resistor and the first resistor is connected to the other end of the first switch, the other end of the fifth switch, and the other end of the tenth switch, a contact between the first resistor and the second resistor is connected to the other end of the second switch, the other end of the sixth switch, and the other end of the ninth switch, a contact between the second resistor and the third resistor is connected to the other end of the third switch, the other end of the seventh switch, and the other end of the twelfth switch, and a contact between the third resistor and the fourth resistor is connected to the other end of the fourth switch, the other end of the eighth switch, and the other end of the eleventh switch. |
