Thin-film solar cell and its manufacturing method

PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the adhesion between an electrode and a light absorption layer, and improve the efficiency of the light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: An electrode layer(220) is formed on a substrate(210). An intermediate layer(270) is formed on the electrode layer. The intermediate layer includes selenium and molybdenum. A light absorption layer(240) is formed on the intermediate layer. A buffer layer(250) and an upper electrode(260) are formed on the light absorption layer.
