PURPOSE: A sawtooth pattern processing device and a method thereof are provided to diffusely reflect light emitted to a light incidence surface of a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A support unit (180) laminates a light guide plate. Two arrangement units (110a) are placed in a first side direction and a second side direction corresponding to the first side direction to arrange the light guide plate. A blade unit (190) forms a sawtooth pattern on a light incidence surface of the light guide plate by using a blade. A transfer unit (130a) supports a blade unit in a third side direction of the support unit and transfers the blade unit in every direction. A frame (100) supports the support unit, the arrangement units, and the transfer unit. A clamping unit (160a) is supported by the frame and pushes the top of the light guide plate.
