PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light emitting efficiency by using a lower reflection electrode. CONSTITUTION: A planarization layer(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A first electrode(30) is formed in the planarization layer. The first electrode has the coefficient of thermal expansion which is different from the planarization layer. An organic emitting layer(40) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(50) is formed on the organic light emitting layer.
