PURPOSE: A magnetic forming apparatus is provided to stick a pressed material to a mold using an electric field generator which generates a magnetic pulse with supply of power, thereby minimizing spring backs generated from forming a high tensile steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic forming apparatus includes a lower mold(100), a concave upper mold(200), a pair of electric field generators(300), a power supply(400), and a controlling part(500). A material is mounted on the upper end of the lower mold. The upper mold moves down in order to press the material on the lower mold. The electric field generators generate an electric field by generating a magnetic pulse with supply of power in order to stick the material to both ends of the lower mold. The power supply supplies the power to the electric field generator when the upper mold moves up. The controlling part controls an actuating part of the upper mold and actuation of the power supply.
