PURPOSE: A detachable device for bending a large metal plate is provided for users to conveniently work by lifting the large metal plate and rotating the large metal plate instead of the users. CONSTITUTION: A detachable device for bending a large metal plate comprises a bending assist unit (10). The bending assist unit comprises a double pneumatic cylinder (22) and a bent push rod (32). A plurality of balance rods (32b) extended from a bent rod (32a) is installed at the upper part of the push rod. A roll unit (34) installed at the leading end of the balance rod comprises a buffer wheel. The double pneumatic cylinder comprises a speed control valve in order to complete the operation of a piston rod within 0.5 to 3 seconds based on the operation of a bending machine. |
