PURPOSE: An energy network planning system efficiently generates energy for automatically designing an optimized facility by changing parameters regarding several facility elements. CONSTITUTION: An input unit (110) inputs several facility elements required in designing an energy network and a set of parameters regarding the facility elements. A central processing center (130) analyzes program commands in designing the energy network and processes data. A sub storage unit (150) stores the energy network designed by combining the facility elements and another energy network functioning upon the input of the parameters in the form of a certain execution file format.
