PURPOSE: A dietary education biofeedback method for a gastrectomy patient is provided to minimize a side effect such as a dumping syndrome by including a simple device for detecting a swallowing signal in a neck part. CONSTITUTION: A swallowing signal is detected(S100). Noise is removed by amplifying the detected swallowing signal(S210). The removed signal is converted into a digital signal by a conversion device(S220). A peak signal is transmitted when the digital signal reaches a swallowing effective value(S300). Data is controlled by comparing a difference value of a cycle value and a reference setting value(S500).
