PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mixed materials to be sintered is provided to improve the permeability of a sintered bed in a sintering process by increasing the strength of small pellets with enhancing the supplied amount and method of a binding agent, thereby increasing sinterability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mixed materials is as follows: a step for forming a mixture by supplying iron ore, supplementary material, coke, and very finely divided iron ore to a primary drum mixer(S10); a step for forming a very finely divided iron ore mixture by supplying the very finely divided iron ore and 75-80% of a binding agent to a high-speed stirring mixer(S20); a step for forming pellets having a constant grain size by supplying the very finely divided iron ore and the rest of the binding agent to a pelletizer(S30); a step for assembling the mixed materials to be sintered by supplying the pellets and the mixture to a secondary drum mixer(S40); and a step for supplying the mixed materials to be sintered to a sintering machine(S50).
