PURPOSE: A method for measuring degree of wear-out of a fracturing crusher and a fracturing crusher hammer is provided to prevent damage due to a conflict between the hammer and a repulsion plate by controlling the gap between the hammer and the repulsion plate precisely, and to easily grasp the degree of wear-out of the hammer through a checking window without opening the hard case of a crusher. CONSTITUTION: A fracturing crusher(100) comprises: a main body(10); multiple hammers(14) stretched in a radial shape and placed in the main body; multiple degree of wear-out measuring member placed inside or outside the hammer; a checking window for observing the inside of the main body, which is formed in the main body; and a repulsion plate(16) which faces the hammer and adheres to the inner wall of the main body. The degree of wear-out measuring member comprises an ample containing luminescent material. The degree of wear-out measuring member is positioned with a fixed interval from the end part of the hammer. The degree of wear-out measuring member comprises an ample which radiates different colors. The distance between the degree of wear-out measuring member and the end part of the hammer is arranged differently depending on the emitted light color. A method for measuring degree of wear-out of the fracturing crusher hammer comprises the following steps: injecting raw coal into the fracturing crusher; fracturing the raw coal by the fracturing crusher hammer and the repulsion plate; emitting light from the degree of wear-out measuring member by breaking the ample; and adjusting the interval between the fracturing crusher hammer and the repulsion plate according to the color of light from the degree of wear-out measuring member. |
