摘要 PURPOSE: A heat value controlling device of a coke oven and a controlling method thereof are provided to automatically control the management of a target temperature for each combustion chamber, thereby stably maintaining the heat value supplied to the coke oven in a more balanced way. CONSTITUTION: A heat value controlling method of a coke oven comprises the following steps. The temperature of each combustion chamber corresponding to a temperature detection unit is detected by the temperature detection units installed on the combustion chambers of a cokes oven(S10). The temperature of each combustion chamber detected by the temperature detection unit is analyzed and compared with a predetermined target temperature value in comparison to the rate of operation(S20). A correcting temperature value corresponding to the difference in value between a predetermined target temperature value and the detected temperature of the combustion value is calculated(S30). A current estimated temperature value is calculated, wherein the current estimated temperature is from the detected combustion chamber temperature value added with the correcting temperature value(S40). A temperature difference between a predetermined target temperature value and the current estimated temperature value is calculated(S50). The determination is made by whether the temperature difference is within the range of a predetermined correcting temperature or not(S60). Total hours of gas supply is controlled by the addition or subtraction of the current gas supply hours with the gas supply hours corresponding to the heat value predetermined according to the range of the correcting temperature in case the calculated temperature difference is within a predetermined range of the correcting temperature(S70).
