PURPOSE: An advertisement profit user providing method based on a user's mobile device number and a device thereof expose an advertisement to a user in a more aggressive manner by rewarding the user for checking out the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A consumer checks out and clicks an advertisement (S201, S202). If the consumer agrees on providing his/her personal information, the consumer's device transmits his/her phone number and information about the advertisement to an advertisement server (S203, S204). A reserve fund server reserves a certain amount of fund in an advertisement consumer data storage device regarding the consumer's phone number as a reward for clicking the advertisement (S205). An advertiser server withdraws a certain amount of fund from the deposit of an advertiser for the reserved fund of the consumer and stores the withdrawal record in an advertiser data storage device (S206).
