PURPOSE: A transfer and exhaust apparatus of a seedling bed is provided to improve the efficiency of space utilization by discharging seeding beds in a transferring direction and vertical when the seeding beds are discharged to a greening part. CONSTITUTION: A loader (100) which loads a seedling bed and transports the seeding bed. A conveyor (200) transfers the loader. A carry-in part (300) draws the seedling bed on the loader. An exhausting part (400) discharges the seedling bed to a greening part. A frame part (500) fixes and supports the conveyor in the lower part. A pair of first transfer rails (110) corresponds to a pair of raising seedling bed rollers (1a) and is separately placed. A transfer frame (120) is installed to be movable along a longitudinal direction of the conveyor. A pair of supporting frames (130) is fixed and combined with each end of a pair of the first transfer rails. A conveyer belt (220) is installed to be movable by a driver. A second transfer rail (230) supports the transfer frame.
