PURPOSE: A manhole cover for preventing separation is provided to prevent separation by discharging service water and sewage with a backflow guidance device and to engage a separation preventing device with the inner circumference of a manhole cover support. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover for preventing separation comprises a manhole cover (10) and a separation preventing device (20). The manhole cover forms a backflow guidance device (30) in the center in order to guide service water and sewage flowing reversely to the outside. A plurality of connection grooves (11) is formed at the edge of the outer circumference. The backflow guidance device comprises a disc (31), a driving shaft (32), a support unit (33), and a spring unit. The disc directly opens and closes a penetration hole of the center of the manhole cover. The separation preventing device prevents the manhole cover from being opened by the backflow and includes a body (21), an upper fixing iron (22), and a lower fixing iron (23).
