PURPOSE: A method for extracting components for treating gastric diseases from yellow poplar bark is provided to efficiently extract components having excellent treatment efficiency from yellow poplar bark. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting components from yellow poplar bark comprises the steps of: mixing one part by weight of shredded yellow poplar bark with 2 to 20 parts by weight of ethyl acetate or dichloromethane; and concentrating the mixture at a temperature between 15°C and 50°C for one to four days. The components which are extracted by the method of enfleurage, percolation, ultrasonic waves, maceration, or reflux, include 0.1 to 10 wt% of epitulipinolide and costunolide. |
