The present invention relates to siRNA having antiviral activity against both enterovirus 70 and coxsackievirus A24, wherein said siRNA exhibits remarkably superior antiviral activity by significantly inhibiting cytotoxicity and viral replication in both enterovirus 70 and coxsackievirus A24, which are the main causes of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis, and thus can be used effectively as antiviral agents, in particular as therapeutic agents for acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis. |
