PURPOSE: A vertical axis wind power generator is provided to reduce installation costs with a simple installation structure and to increase energy efficiency by easily connecting multiple generators to one rotary column. CONSTITUTION: A vertical axis wind power generator comprises a rotary column (100), a rotary blade, a support (600), and a ring gear (500). The rotary blade is connected to the lateral side of the rotary column and rotates the rotary column with wind pressure. A bearing is installed in the support. The ring gear is rotationally inserted in the bearing. The rotary column is coupled to the upper part of the ring gear to rotate together. |
