PURPOSE: A coating composition is provided to control the penetration of moisture by having an excellent initial waterproof function, to facilitate the penetration into concrete, to improve adhesion, and to maintain the initial state of a water supply and drain pipe for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition coated for waterproofing and preventing the pollution of a water supply and drain pipe contains: alkoxysilane; a solvent; an inorganic nanomaterial for improving adhesive force of the coating composition against the water supply and drain pipe to be coated; a cleaving preventing the coagulation of the coating composition; an acrylic resin for applying flexibility to the coating composition; fluorinated silane for applying staining resistance to the coating composition; and an inorganic antibiotic agent for applying antibiotic and disinfection functions to the coating composition.
