摘要 PURPOSE: A capsule having a polar solvent as a dispersion medium included in the core of the capsule and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the response characteristic of particles dispersed in a core material, especially a dispersion medium, and to prevent the dispersion medium from being dissolved in an aqueous solvent, so that encapsulation is easily carried out according to the coacervation method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a capsule having a polar solvent comprises the steps of: dispersing particles into an aprotic polarity dispersion medium to produce a core material dispersed solution (S110); mixing a shell material for forming the shells of a capsule with an aqueous solvent to produce a shell material dispersed solution (S120); mixing the core material dispersed solution and the shell material dispersed solution to form an emulsion (S140); and controlling at least one of the pH and temperature of the emulsion to produce a capsule having a core with at least part of the core material dispersed solution and a shell with at least part of the shell material dispersed solution (S150).
