PURPOSE: An online trading mediation method is provided to enable a supplier to directly ship merchandise after making a sales agreement with a final buyer, thereby enabling accurate inventory management. CONSTITUTION: A management server receives information about at least one product for sale including a name and supply quantity from at least one supplier terminal (1). The management server makes a contract within a product quantity, which is exclusively secured by a seller terminal with respect to other seller terminals, out of the supply quantity inputted from the supplier terminal. An online market to sell the product for sale is chosen for the management server, and the management server receives the status of automatic reflection of changed sale prices for a corresponding product. The management server transmits sales information of a product, which contains information about product inventory secured by a seller within the supply quantity of the product, to an online market server (3). The online market server makes a sales agreement of the product with a buyer. The online market server transmits sales agreement information of the product to the management server (4).
