PURPOSE: A device, method, a user terminal, and system for system file protection and restoration search and restore a system file backed up through checking hash information when the system file is modulated and when a name of a normal system file is modulated and backed up. CONSTITUTION: A system file setting unit (122) sets up a system file within an OS (operating system) program of a computing device. A hash value calculator (124) calculates a hash value of the set up system file with a predetermined period, and stores the calculated hash value in a storage unit (130). A file backup unit (126) encrypts a system file corresponding to the calculated hash value, and stores the encrypted system file in the storage unit. A file recovery unit (114) restores a forged system file which is inspected in an inspection unit (112).
