PURPOSE: A treadmill for exercise is provided to accomplish a walking effect(especially the effect of walking up the incline) by arranging a footstool with a slope. CONSTITUTION: A treadmill for exercise comprises: a main body(10) with a pair of footstool accommodating chambers; and footstools(20) arranged in the pair of footstool accommodating chambers respectively. The footstool is able to rotate on the shaft by a bearing unit, the front part of the footstool is elastically supported by a spring, and the front part of the footstool is arranged in a relatively higher position than the rear part by the spring. The footstool is arranged slopingly, and a stopper part is formed in the front part of the footstool. |
